Brew the Trendy Immunity Booster Cake this Season

Cocoa powder 1/2 cup
Fresh sour cream cup
Baking Powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1/4 tsp

Basil coarsely ground 10
Lukewarm milk cup
Lemon juice 1/4 tsp
Method
Sieve the flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, sugar and baking soda with a sieve. Now mix the cream and milk in it while stirring slowly so that there are no lumps. Now mix basil leaves, cinnamon, black pepper powder and lemon juice. Put in a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Test by adding a paste or tooth pick, if not sticking, then the cake is prepared. Serve when it cools down.

Jaggery powder 1/2 cup
Milkmade 1/2 Tin
Refined oil 1/2 cup
Ginger 1 inch piece
Black pepper 4
Clove 4
Cinnamon 1/2 inch
Basil leaves 10
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Water 2 cups
Baking Powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1/4 tsp
1 pinch of salt
Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
Method
Put ginger, black pepper, turmeric powder, cloves, jaggery, cinnamon, and basil leaves in 2 cups of water and keep them on boiling on low flame and when it boils to 1 cup, turn off the gas. Sieve all purpose flour, baking powder and baking soda in a bowl. Add lukewarm oil, milk powder and add decoction water to it and stir well. Add salt and vanilla essence. Grease the baking dish, dust it and put the prepared mixture and bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degree for 30 minutes. Serve after being cooled.
Orange Peel Cake

Wheat flour 1 and half cup
Grinded sugar 1 cup
Butter 4 tablespoons
1 peel of orange
Raisins 1/4 cup
Baking Powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1/4 tsp
Orange Essence 1/8 tsp
Water 1 cup
Walnut kernel cut into half cup
Method
Grind the orange peels in a mixture grinder with 1/2 cup of water and raisins. Sieve the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and milk powder thoroughly. Mix well the butter, milk powder, orange essence and ground mixture of orange. Now add lukewarm water as needed. The consistency of the prepared cake mixture should be almost like a batter of pakoras. Grease the baking dish and dust it and put the prepared cake mixture in the dish and bake for 30 to 35 minutes. After serving, cut it into desired shape.
Note – If you do not have an oven, then put the general pan on the gas, put a steel dining table stand or plate with a layer of salt in it about 1 inch thick and let it heat for about 5 minutes on a slow flame then let the cake keep getting baked. Cook on low heat for 30 to 35 minutes. Serve after being cooled.
