The problem of prickly burning prickly heat is also common as soon as summer comes. Heat rash on the arms, legs and back is also called heat rashes. Due to scorching sun and sweat, small red grains on the body become rash. The itching, stinging and burning sensation of it causes disturbance. Neem and Kapoor

Anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial neem and camphor are very helpful in relieving prickly heat. For this, make a paste of neem leaves and add camphor to it. Apply it on prickly heat for 30 minutes and then take a bath with cold water.


Rash on the hands, feet or back causes burning sensation, pricking, which is the best option to get rid of. For this, soak 4 to 5 pieces of Kokum in 2 glasses of water overnight. Filter the water in the morning and boil it till it remains half. Then cool the water and drink it by adding 3 to 4 teaspoons of sugar.


Apply watermelon pulp to the prickly heat for 15 to 20 minutes and then take a bath with cold water. This will solve the problem of prickly heat.

Ice pack

Wrap some pieces of ice in a cloth and rub gently on the affected area. Doing this will cure prickling, burning and redness of prickly heat.

Baking soda

Add 2 teaspoons of baking soda to 1 cup of cold water. Soak clean cotton cloth in water and apply it on the affected area. By doing this at least 3 to 4 times a day, there will be less rash.

Multani mitti

Applying multani mitti paste on the body is very beneficial in the event of rash. This resolves the problem of prickly heat in a few days.

Coconut Oil

Grind camphor in coconut oil and keep it. After bathing, apply it on prickly heat. Massaging it twice a day will cure prickly rash.

Aloe vera

Wash the fresh aloe vera thoroughly. Now apply its pulp to the prickly heat. Applying aloe vera will soon relieve prickly heat.


Make a paste by mixing sandalwood powder, coriander powder and rose water. Apply it on the affected area and leave it for a while. Then wash with fresh water. This will eliminate prickly heat.


Henna will not only remove prickly heat, but it will also cool the body. Apart from this, taking a paste of rosemary leaves mixed with water and taking a bath will also benefit.
