Coconut water – 1 cup
Banana leaves – 1 cup
Spinach – 1 cup (chopped)
Apple – 1, 1/2 (cut into pieces)
Nutmeg (Jayfal)- 1/8 tsp
Cinnamon Powder (Dal Chini) – 1/8 tsp
Chia seeds – 1 tsp
Flax(Chia) seeds – 1 tsp
Dry fruits – 1 tbsp (for garnish)
Method for Apple Smoothie Preparation:
- Blend all the ingredients in a mixer.
- Garnish the prepared smoothie with dry fruits by putting it in a glass.
- You can also add ice cubes if you want.
