Seek help: You can seek help from a family member to handle the baby after delivery. The body needs to be recovered after delivery, so taking help from someone will give you more comfort.
Eat a balanced diet: Eat a balanced diet to keep your body healthy. Include whole grains, vegetables, fruits and protein in your diet. Drink plenty of water during this. At the same time, women who want to breastfeed also need to drink plenty of water.
Exercise: To stay healthy and fit, you can exercise on the advice of a doctor but do not exercise too hard. Take a walk or get out of the house. Going out in the open air will increase your energy and your mind will also remain calm.
When to see a doctor?
Doctors perform weight and blood pressure checks along with the vagina, cervix and uterus. If all goes well, then women can do sex and come back to their normal routine.
At the same time if you are discharged from the hospital after delivery, vaginal bleeding, severe headache, redness or swelling with pain in the leg, pain in the breast, swelling and redness. Then immediately contact your doctor.
