Use These Foods in Your Meal to Avoid Cholesterol

Cholesterol is a serious problem, which gives rise to many serious diseases along with heart disease, but it can be reduced if the right eating habits are adopted.

Include these food in your diet to avoid cholesterol:

  1. Garlic – While garlic enhances the taste of food, it is also rich in many qualities. Many enzymes are found in it, which help in reducing cholesterol. In addition, it also controls high blood pressure.

  2. Oats – Eating oats in breakfast is considered the best because it is a healthy food, which also keeps you healthy. The thick glutinous element called beta glucon present in it cleanses our intestines and relieves constipation. Because of this, bad cholesterol does not increase in the body. That’s why oats must be eaten.

  3. Lemon – While a small lemon enhances the taste of lettuce, chutney and lentils, there are some soluble fibers in the lemon, which prevent bad cholesterol from going into the blood stream in the stamak (food bag). Vitamin C present in such fruits cleans the blood vessels. In this way, bad cholesterol gets out of the body through the digestive system. Such enzymes are found in citrus fruits, which help in reducing cholesterol by speeding up the process of metabolism.

  4. Protein-rich soybeans and pulses – Protein is very important for our body and what can be better than soybeans, pulses and sprouted grains, they are so effective that they help the liver to exclude the LDL cholesterol present in the blood. Along with removing the bad, it is also helpful in increasing the good cholesterol.

  5. Fat – Everyone knows that fat is an important nutrient of our food. Gives fat energy. Apart from this, fat also works to absorb some nutrients and maintain body temperature. How important fat is to our body can be understood by the fact that about 60% of our brain is made up of fat. Fat is also important for hormone balance.

There are 3 types of fat in our food:

  • Unsaturated fat (good fat)
  • Saturated Fat (Bad Fat)
  • Transfat (Bad Fat)

There are 2 types of unsaturated fat:

  • Monounsaturated Fat (Rusn)
  • Polyunsaturated (kxsn)

Rusnun and Kksnun are good fat. By keeping these cholesterol under control, you reduce the risk of heart disease.
